After being shut for a majority of this season due to COVID restrictions, it was great to get an update from the Dagnall shop today:
| “We have almost completed our alterations and refit, we have had some delays with the card machine. We have made Dagnall Gardeners’ Society shop Covid 19 safe for the members and the volunteers. Keeping social distancing is going to change the way the hut works. Next week we are testing out our new procedures to make sure that it works as we have planned. Then we are planning to have 2-3 compost days when we will sell compost only the shop will not be open. This we hope, when the shop does reopen it will allow members to shop quicker. If everything goes ok we plan to reopen in 2 weeks’ time. I will inform you of the dates as soon as it has been sorted Look out for other news letters in the next couple of weeks there is a lot to say. The first one will the 2021 potato order form“ |
